Alloy, when turned on says "IP not visible" what does this have to do with?

Supposedly this works without Portforwarding so I am guessing it's NAT?

In my router I haven't stopped the portforwarding of ports 6000 and 6112.(TCP)

But even then I couldn't host without going DMZ so i don't know what to do.

In
this thread I posted the steps I took to test the "Alloy" netcode.

You'll notice that I had all port-forwarding, NAT-relaxing disabled and all firewalls (software and hardware) enabled during my test.

The "IP not visible" is related to "WAN ping" being denied by most routers by default. (if you want that message to change you'll have to enable WAN ping on your router).

I'll be more than happy to help you resolve your issues.... I will however need some more information with regard to your network setup.

I would suggest posting this information to the thread I linked you to (so we can keep it all together in one thread )

thanks,
